PURETEK ERP · COMPANY WORKSPACE
Your privacy at work
How PureTek ERP handles information across our website, iPhone app and Android app.
Last updated October 18, 2026
Who this app is for
PureTek ERP is PureTek Group’s company workspace for authorized personnel. A company Microsoft account and approved ERP permissions are required. Downloading an app does not create an account or provide access to company records.
Information used in the workspace
- Account information: your name, work email, company identity, roles and access permissions.
- Work records: projects, site and contact information, visits, checklists, time entries, end-of-day reports and safety acknowledgments.
- Content you provide: messages, notes, photos and files you choose to upload or share within the workspace.
- Location and shift evidence: location coordinates, accuracy, timestamps, arrivals and departures associated with your workday when GPS is enabled.
- Technical information: session and synchronization identifiers, request information and error/security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
These records support company operations, communication, timekeeping, reporting, access control and troubleshooting. Work records and location evidence are associated with your company account.
GPS during an active workday
When you choose to start a GPS shift and grant permission, PureTek ERP collects precise location to help record jobsite arrivals, departures, drive time and onsite time. Collection can continue in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, while that shift is active.
Ending your day stops collection locally. Evidence already recorded may upload later when a connection returns. You can use Start without GPS for manual time entry and manage location permission in your phone’s settings. GPS accuracy and operating-system restrictions can affect automatic records; review your workday before submitting it.
Access, providers and sharing
Company records are available to authorized users according to their roles and project access. PureTek uses service providers to operate the workspace, including Microsoft for company authentication and Vercel for application hosting, together with configured storage and business integrations.
Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by file-storage, communications, mapping, reporting or assistant service providers, or sent to business recipients through an authorized company workflow. External links and services have their own privacy practices. Sharing a report or file outside PureTek can make its contents available to the selected recipient.
Offline information on your phone
Supported saved pages, shift evidence and pending work can remain on your device so you can continue when connectivity is interrupted. Saved offline information may be readable without a fresh online sign-in. Protect your phone with a screen lock and avoid sharing an unlocked device.
Signing out removes saved workspace snapshots but can retain unsent work for the same account. Use the app’s device-copy controls when appropriate. Sync pending work before uninstalling or clearing app storage to avoid losing it.
Retention and your requests
Retention depends on the type of record and applicable company, employment, financial recordkeeping, legal and security requirements. Removing an app does not delete company records. Some workday, payroll and audit records must be retained even when account access ends.
To request access, a correction, account closure or deletion of personal information, email colinwaldman@puretekgroup.com from your company account when possible. Describe the request without including passwords or sensitive attachments. We may need to verify your identity and determine which records can be changed or deleted.
Security and changes
Company sign-in, authorization checks and protected network connections help restrict access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to the support contact below.
We update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For questions about PureTek ERP privacy, contact colinwaldman@puretekgroup.com.
This page is public. Your projects, messages, location evidence and other ERP records still require authorized company access.
